By an extravagantly felicitous act of scheduling, my short comedy TRUE TO YOU is playing on both the East and West Coasts of the US this evening. How thrilling!
At 2pm and 7pm Eastern time, it’s being performed at the Robert Moss Theater in New York (440 Lafayette Street) as part of the 6th annual Schreiber Shorts 2019 festival, presented by the legendary T. Schreiber Studio for Theater & Film (tickets available here).
Then, at 5pm LA time, it takes the stage at the Marilyn Monroe Theater in Los Angeles (7936 Santa Monica Boulevard, Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute), courtesy of the incomparable Gia Carides, Bob Glouberman and Jillian Morgese, who have sailed my little play all the way to the final rounds of Short+Sweet Hollywood on a sea of unfathomable awesomeness.
